 10 REASON WHY YOUR BODY FAT INCREASING


Being fatty and increasing fat is the greatest problem for half of the people of this fast forward world.

Fat is a part of the body but too much fat is the problem, and cause of many problems of today's world.

Your not alone many people who eat healthy foods stay loyal to their workout routine and drink plenty of water may all experience sudden weight gain.

In my last article, I have also discussed that how to get fitness, how to decrease fat and how to stay healthy.

In today article we going through some deep discussion that why your body fat increase. May after reading this and apply these things may your weight can’t increase.


#1 YOU ARE EATING TOO MUCH HEALTHY FOOD


Healthy food plays a great role in your body health but too much not.

Too much healthy food means you eat too much calorie and this calorie is very dangerous to your health.

Eating more calorie and burn less is the most important task that increases your weight.

All types of vegetable all types of fruit and milk is healthy food and taking this food in limited amount make you fit but on another side taking this food in too much amount make a weight gain body.

So eat what your body needs and remember that eat with taking some break.


#2. YOU NOT TO DO WORK


This is the main problem if your body fat increase continues. 

Many of the people in India and all over the globe doing the job and many are unemployed and due to this they used to sit in a single place they can’t do any work and this is the reason that your body fat increase.

So, do some work and if your work is related to sitting then do more workout than you doing in the gym.


#3. YOU DRINK ALCOHOL


Alcohol has too much calorie. 

Another greatest reason that’s why your body weight increase is may you drink alcohol.

Alcohol has too much calorie to eat and drink this level calorie your body very vastly increases their fat.

Drinking too much calorie play a harsh role in your body.

So stop drink Alcohol. On another side, alcohol is very injurious to your health so there is no reason to drink alcohol.

#4. YOU EAT OIL


Eating oily food play a harsh role if you want to get fit.

Oil makes your body too fatty and if you are addicted to oily food then you never get fit. Although you afford the gym and doing different exercise too much addiction of oil make your body out of control.

Also fattier you are more disease you have.

So say no to oil and if you want to eat then take some light oil food not too much.


#5. YOU NOT SLEEPING WELL


Sleep is a part of life. In this world sleeping is a meditation of all the problem because you sleep, you get rest, you dream something good and you forget your life routine.

You don't have to sleep 8 an hour may you sleep 3 an hour and you are the fittest people in the country so how this is possible so deep sleep is a matter.

When you get exhausted and want to sleep then sleep deeply this deep sleep makes your body fit.

If you have time then take 8 an hour sleep and try for deep sleep.

Bad sleep is the great reason that your body fat is increasing vastly.

Remember in your mind that it is not important that you sleep 8an hour but it is matter most that how deep you sleep in your sleeping time.

So long term is not important in the case of sleep.


SUMMARY

These are the main reasons that why your body weight increase and if you stop doing these all things then believe me that you get fit fastly.

Increasing weight is normal but not taking action on them is highly risky.

A fatty body is a reason for many diseases.
