In my last article, I have also discussed teamwork and alone work.

Remember in your mind that a startup is never like to go it alone.

Although, the big thing is to happen when teamwork is work behind them single person never able to build a startup.

Every startup work when a worker works on the ground. 

Remember a thing, everything which starts in-the the ground is to make history and this thing make you normal and public makes a star.

If you want to start a startup then work on the ground and make a good connection with ground people because this ground networking makes you a billionaire and also your travel on the sky after this.

This is also called networking. That you make for your startup.

You are not a born made a star that your startup work without you start so live in-the-ground and after starting startups make a network with ground people that help you to grow your startups from the ground.

A lot of times, when startups get funding, one of the first things they’ll do is pump money into advertising. But this can often be premature spending.

Never start advertising your product when they are in the initial stage because this is premature spending you have to do.

Advertising is important when your product is sold not too much but sell so it is time to start advertising this make your startup from millionaire to billionaire.

But at the time of initial stage never start advertising to your product.


#UNDERSTANDING YOUR TARGET MARKET


Always target your market and work on it.

Understanding your target market is the best thing to growing your startup from the ground.

The question is that how to understand your market?

A person who starts “CHAI SUTTA BAAR” start their first shop in alongside girls hostel because they know that their “TARGET AUDIENCE” is young boys so this is the reason that they start their first shop alongside girls hostel due to which they got an audience that they need and this audience is a youngster.

So this shows that how to get their target audience.


#ANALYZING THE COMPETITION

When you launch your product always see how many companies start these types of thing in the market. And how much your product is different from others.

Always start your business is something different from others and if you steal another idea then steal like an artist.

When Flipkart was started then also another company was in the market name amazon and also they earn a lot of money from them.

Amazon product selling and customer services were awesome at the time of Flipkart launching. But somehow Flipkart starts and after some month they earn a lot.

This is the best example that how to steal like an artist.
