All the people move toward technology many of the people used to use mobile phones continuously and they try to watch reel and Netflix.

People realize their happiness when they watch some reel on Instagram.

In the last 10 years world moved a lot they earn a lot of knowledge in technology, education and aspect of life(YOGA).

It is ok that you move toward technology and you grow faster but the question is that you not recognize your life. You do not work on your health, here we talking about mental health because physically they used to go to the gym and get fitness but the main aspect of life is to get fit in your mind.

Yoga plays a great role in your life, especially in your brain.

In many of my article, I have discussed exercise to get fit, how yoga impact on your body etc.

But in this article, I have discussed the main things that yoga do actually. The impact of yoga on your brain and body.

The biggest impact of yoga is to change your behaviour.

Yoga plays a great role in your body. They change your behaviour if you are good then you feel very simple and always be good but if you are bad means a negative approach person then yoga makes you positive. 

Daily 30-minute yoga is enough to get a good day with a positive approach. 

So start doing yoga in the morning and take energy from nature who make your day happy and positive.

When you start doing yoga then after some year you see the result of your talk your thinking your behaviour and your approach.

Everything will be changed so start doing yoga from today and change yours completely.

Mental fitness is defined as a state of well-being and having a positive sense of how we feel, think, and act. 

Today we know that 1 in 2 people will be mental disturbed with a mental illness by the time they reach 40.

People know about physical fitness but they can’t know about mental fitness. 

Basically, mental fitness depends that how positive you have.

If you are filled up with positivity then you are fit mentally.

The first thing is that how you filled with positivity to yourself. The answer is that gave 15 minutes to yourself in the morning not for exercise but before the exercise and take deep thinking in your mind and you see the result a positivity comes across your mind. 

It is not about a single day but positivity comes when you do it daily.

I have written a lot of articles in which I describe that how 15 minutes can change your whole.

So mentally fitness is very important for your body. It affects your life cycle.

This is the best and great use of yoga.

Yoga is nothing but it is a process that changes your body thinking as well as increase your mental fitness.

When you are feeling anxious. At that time your breath rate is increased. when you are anxious if your breath is under control at that time then you feel better and a little bit of happiness came across your mind.

So feeling relax through breathing is a great way to reduce your stress and anxiety.

This is another great thing by doing yoga.

Some steps that you should follow at any time when you stressed these steps provide you with good dopamine.

Sit in a quiet and comfortable place. Put one of your hand in the chest and another is on stomach and just slow down your breath feel comfortable and think deep that you’re the happiest person the world.

Breath out through your mouth slowly.

Repeat this process until you do not feel ok.


  • INCREASE CONCENTRATION

The biggest thing which is good for your health as well your work is concentration and this increase by doing yoga.

For students concentration is good.

Students want a great concentration on their study and this concentration came by doing proper yoga.

15-minute yoga can increase your concentration to another level.

Today youth have a very low concentration they never concentrate on any work although they never concentrate on their reel if the reel is related to study then they skip in 5 seconds while the reel is only 30second long but people never try to concentrate 30second.

So this is happening just because of your bad morning.

Make your morning effective and also your day by doing 15-minute yoga.
